Awesome Flash Demo from Japan

I had a great time seeing everyone at MAX Japan and our pre-event went really, really well. At the pre-event I got to see a demo of the FLARToolKit, another awesome library which is part of the Spark Project. It’s basically a shape recognition library that you can use in conjunction with the video camera. Check out the demo. Thanks to Saqoosha for showing it off (and creating the library)!

That is pretty rad. I’ve seen this before but didn’t realize it could be done live!

That is awesome! It reminds me of the digital ads that they place on the billboards behind batters during MLB games.

    WOW.
The applications for interactive advertising for this are mind-blowing. I can only begin to imagine them.
Also think about the level of interactivity watching a sporting event and seeing real time stats and possible plays even based on the position of players on the feild. And all of it dont automatically.
    I am floored by this.

Hey Ryan, here is a post with my video that I put up on Sprasia of you using it. I thought it was really cool, and was the first time, I had seen something like that implemented in Flash.
