I work in mortgage and am basically a salesman but even when I searched for sales jobs it was insane what they were looking for in terms of credentials. If you dont pay the monthly fee, the site is basically useless, but if you do pay, you get a free consultation from a resume writer, tons of job access, and you can even email out from a list of job recruiters. I wish they had a ladder for 50-90k a year jobs. That seemed to be more where I would fit in.
