I subscribed to the ladder for a month and I have to say, if I had about 7 strong years of experience and a ton of accomplishments in a very specific field, it would be a great place to go to over the typical monster.com sites. I work in mortgage and am basically a salesman but even when I searched for sales jobs it was insane what they were looking for in terms of credentials. If you dont pay the monthly fee, the site is basically useless, but if you do pay, you get a free consultation from a resume writer, tons of job access, and you can even email out from a list of job recruiters. I wish they had a ladder for 50-90k a year jobs. That seemed to be more where I would fit in. Great post and go Mavs.

Wouldn't that be something like 60k everywhere else in the country after you factor in the cost of living? 100K sounds good until you realize that it is only 5K above the poverty line in California. Hehe :)
