Atsushi Taira, Director of Marketing at Yahoo Japan revealed that they are developing web mail system based on Flash. They chose Flex 2 because of its performance compared with Ajax. The development of this application is almost completed, however the date of the release has not yet been decided.</description>

I can&#039;t wait for this to make it to the western world, the Ajax mail clients leave a lot to be desired.  Hopefully the comparison between the two mail clients will be like comparing Google Docs to BuzzWord.  That should see Flex really jump in popularity</description>
