Mike Downey Talks All About Apollo

April 2nd, 2007 by ryanstewart

Mike Downey Andrew Muller, over at Builder AU has a good 5 minute interview with Mike Downey, the senior product manager for Apollo. I don’t think any of the information is new, but Andrew did a good job of hitting the main points and the interview is an excellent summary of everything.

Some of the highlights are discussion of “Apollo as a browser”, the security model, plans for mobile devices, and support from future versions of Flex. If you weren’t clear on some of the things around Apollo, this may answer a lot of your questions.
