Adobe’s DEMO Page (With a Video of the Apollo Presentation)
The DEMO page is up for Adobe’s Apollo project and it includes the video of the presentation Mike Downey did in front of all those ‘influentials’ in California. I guess Kevin ended up being sick so Mike stepped in to show off Apollo. If you were at MAX, there probably isn’t a lot of new material here because they showed the eBay Application. I did a write up of that project over on ZDNet, and I’m a big fan of what they’re doing.
I do wish that we had more Apollo applications to show off at events like this. I know it’s still pre-alpha and it’s crazy to talk of killer apps at this point, but with so much innovation going on in the Flex world, it would be great if some of those were turned into Apollo applications for demonstrations like this one.

Hi, Ryan -
Thanks! There are a lot of great Apollo apps in the works – and we expect a bunch more once we release our public alpha – but we thought the eBay app was the best fit for this audience. Plus, eBay and Effective UI have been such great partners that we thought it would be good to get them some visibility as well.
Expect to see more killer demos in the near future!
Regards,
MD
