Hey Josh,

I think it's a great resource for someone new to Flex. It won't help a lot with connecting ColdFusion and Flex, but it will give you a very big head start. Then you can use some of the resources around (which are probably kind of confusing now).

Hi, Thanks for the info.
A question:
Is this training viedo good for the total flex newbie? I have been using ColdFusion for a while(still a newbie),and I tried to get ColdFusion and Flex 2 to talk to each other, but had no luck. Therefore, all my flax apps are just interfaces, but this is not what flex is for. I am looking for something to learn how to intergrade flex and Coldfusion, and then build applications.

Thanks so much,
John
