It’s Vegas Baby

October 23rd, 2006 by ryanstewart

I’m sitting safely in my hotel room after getting all registered and finding a few folks I knew to say hi. Thanks to Simeon (and Kevin’s comment) I didn’t even have to mess with the baggage disaster that is McCarran airport. I’ll be at the reception event tonight, so if you see me, stop by and introduce yourself.

Yes, folks, that’s right … to get around the problem of checking baggage, Ryan will merely be wearing the same clothes all week long (wink). Should make him easier to … uh … find. (smile)

Hey, stud, welcome to Vegas. Look me up! V Bar for a while tonight, and then the reception. Booths from 11:30 – 3:ish otherwise. And my MAXUP at 4:30 PM tomorrow!

    Out.

Oh my Lord… the Venetian is HUGE! It took me like 25mmins of walking to just get to that pool lounge area… and thought the registration was there.. nope, had to walk all the way back to the other side to register, and then back again!!

I tried to spot out some folks, but damn there was a lot of people! So I then went to the TAO Restaurant for the community leader thing and met an ‘ol chum I haven’t seen in years, Phillip Kerman (author of teach yourself Flash in 24hrs).

Hopefully I’ll met up with you on Tues!
